RETURNS REFUNDS AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered to your home within 24 hours .

Our "satisfied or refunded" policy lasts 30 days . Return costs are our responsibility.

If 30 days have gone by since you received the merchandise , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging including the shipping box.

- To make a return, you must send us an email at contact@v3clean.fr to request a prepaid return label.

Please do not return your purchase without notifying us by email, as some problems can be resolved remotely by our technicians.

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, it may take between 3 and 21 days for the funds to appear .
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If after completing all these steps and waiting 21 days, if you still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@v3clean.fr.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you wish to exchange it for the same item, send us a return request by email to contact@v3clean.fr. Do not return your package without making a request by email, this allows us to better organize ourselves.

Outside the "Free Returns" promotional period You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Orders are shipped within 24 hours, then delivery is made by post within 24 hours from Taverny France. During periods of confinement (partial or total) of end-of-year celebrations, promotions or black friday, delivery times may be extended up to 7 days.
